Paul Aliseo, President
Paul has been with Lighton Industries for 30+ years. Starting off in the field, he was able to work his way up over the years to eventually estimating than Vice President and now presently President of the company. Paul is well rounded in all aspects of construction and still oversees every aspect of the company.
"I was fortunate enough to be given the opportunity to work my way up the ranks and sit at the side of my brother and founder Gerard Aliseo as the Vice President. I remained Vice President up until the passing of my brother Gerard in 2015; at this time I took the role as the President of the Company. My team and I take great pride in every project we complete and we strive to deliver the highest quality product and service possible. I personally find great pleasure in completing a project and seeing the customers satisfaction, especially when we finish a school and get to see children enjoying and benefiting from the facilities and new surroundings that we built."

Suzanne Musolf, Corporate Secretary
Suzanne's specialties include the supervision of such important company priorities as handling all aspects of payroll, insurance (not only for all of the projects but also the personal insurance for all employees), as well as all matters concerning the Unions. Suzanne has been on Lighton's staff since 1984, beginning her tenure as Office Manager. Suzanne helps run the office in the President's absence. I see a very positive outlook for our industry, she observes, each new project is a challenge we all meet with continually
Anthony Oliver, Sr. Project Manager
has been with Lighton Industries for nearly all of his business career since 1980. This 40 year veteran was trained as an electrician, but his education really has been his work with the company and involvement in handling all aspects of construction. He is currently Lighton's Job Order Contract specialist (Post Office/ESCNJ Co-Op/MTA), as well as managing single source projects ranging from $1 million to $15 Million. Having worked for just one other company is a sure sign that Lighton is a well-established and stable company to be a part of.
Mike Gobbo, Project Manager
has been with Lighton since 2000. Mike works on Lighton's General Construction projects, which range from $1 Million to $25 Million. Mike has over 35 years experience in the construction field, with expertise in commercial, industrial, housing and design build construction.. He is one of Lighton's head Project Managers on large General Construction projects and is considered an asset to our company as well as to the industry.
Frank Musolf, Estimating
has been with Lighton Industries since 1985. Frank is an experienced, licensed electrician in charge of projects that have ranged from $1 Million to $13 Million. Frank is knowledgeable in the installation and servicing of all phases of electrical control and power distribution, lighting and telecommunications. Frank is currently the Senior estimator at Lighton Industries.
George Duncan, Project manager
has been with Lighton Industries since 1983. George is an accomplished electrician and has handled projects ranging from $1 Million to $6 Million. George has been the leading Project Manager/Foreman on most of Lighton's high-end electrical projects and his expertise has made him an invaluable asset to the company. George is knowledgeable in the installation and servicing of all phases of electrical control and power distribution, lighting and lighting management, telecommunications as well as mechanical systems control. He also estimates and oversees all of our Solar projects.
